How to change (or cancel) your booking

- The deadline for changing (or cancelling) your booking depends on the type of admission you selected by purchase.
- If you wish to add more people to your booking, it is the easiest just to make an additional booking for the same time slot.
- In your booking confirmation e-mail, you received a link that must be used to modify your booking.
Please note that you can only change your booking by cancelling it and making a new one. - You can only change your booking by cancelling and create a new booking.
- If you cancel your booking within the deadline using the link, the full amount you paid will be refunded within 1–2 business days.
- If the “Cancel booking” option is not visible when you use the link, it means the cancellation deadline has passed.
- If you would like us to make the changes for you — and the deadline has not passed — a change fee of DKK 50 per booking will apply.
- If the deadline has passed you can not change your booking.
