Cancellation and No-Show terms and conditions

General policy

• By placing a booking – regardless if it is online or by appointment – you accept our cancellation and no-show policy.
• Please check the relevant deadline on you confirmation.
• You may cancel your booking in accordance with the terms of the offer you selected.
• There are no exceptions to these deadlines unless Gorilla Park ApS management decides to close the park on the day in question.

Cancellation online booking

• If you booked online, your confirmation email contains a link that must be used to cancel your booking within the deadline. Cancellations cannot be made in any other way.
  If you cancel too late, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

Please note: On weekdays outside of school holidays and public holidays, bookings may be cancelled if there are too few participants. On such days, we also cannot guarantee that Café GO!rillax will be open.

Cancellation booking by appointment.

• If your booking was made through appointment, you must cancel within the agreed deadline by emailing us at info@gorillapark.dk.
• Please remember to include your booking reference number from the confirmation email.
• The no-show or late cancellation fee is the full itinerary of the booking.
